			Can I reach you after hours?We are reachable by text or call 6 am to 10 pm daily, seven days a week.

			Can you put the money directly into my account?We pay owners via echeck which goes directly to your account.

			Do I get to see the lease or sign it?We like to have owners sign our leases where practicable.

			Do you sell real estate too?We list and sell a number of homes every year!

			How and when do I get my checks?Rent is paid via echeck and should be in your account no later than the 10th of the month.
- 
			How is rent collection handled?Tenants pay online. They can pay using their bank account, debit card or a credit card.

			How long of a lease do you sign?Our long-term unfurnished rentals carry a 12-month minimum lease term.
- 
			How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?We charge one month’s rent for security and there is a non-refundable cleaning fee also.

			How soon can you start managing my property?It can take as little as three days to sign you up depending on whether new marketing photos are required.
- 
			What type of properties do you manage?Single family homes, condos, townhouses, patio homes and small multi-family projects.
- 
			What type of reports do I get and how often?Owners receive monthly statements, year-end cash flow reports and 1099 reports annually.
- 
			Who holds the tenant security deposit?The property manager typically holds all security deposit funds in a trust account.
