			Can you hold a place before I apply?We can only hold a home with a signed lease and paid earnest money deposit.
- 
			Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?Arizona law does not allow the collection of last month’s rent. We collect applicable rent due at move-in plus a potentially fully refundable security deposit which equals one month’s rent.

			How old do you have to be to apply?Twenty-five years old.

			Is the deposit refundable?Potentially fully refundable.

			Who needs a cosigner?We do not accept cosigners.
- 
			You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?Applications are online at www.stocklandre.com

			How do I pay rent?Rent is paid online and maintenance requests are paid online. Both are done via a tenant portal.
- 
			I want to get a pet. What do I do?We need to know what size/type/age/breed etc. for landlord approval. Once approved, there will be a $250 to $300 pet deposit required depending on those factors.

			I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?We can move out one person at a time. There will need to be an adjustment on either our end or the tenants’ side for the deposit share of the departing roommate.

			My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?Notify your property manager!

			Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?Owners typically pay for most repairs unless it is due to tenant neglect or damage.
